Hi, I'm Hazel.
I spent a decade in tech marketing at companies like Automattic and StellarWP. Then I noticed that the therapists helping the most underserved communities had the worst websites. So I started fixing that.
Why Practice Presence exists
The people doing the most important mental health work — therapists serving BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and marginalized communities — shouldn't have to choose between a $300 template and a $15,000 agency.
So I built both ends of the bridge: a self-serve website builder that drafts your site in your own voice for a fraction of agency pricing, and a done-for-you service for practices that want it all handled. Same goal either way — make your ideal client feel seen before they ever pick up the phone.
Strategy first
A beautiful site that doesn't convert is just art. I start with who you serve, what they're searching for, and what makes them stay.
Representation matters
Your clients need to see themselves on your site. Culturally affirming imagery, inclusive language, and design that reflects the communities you serve.
Done is better than perfect
You don't need a 6-month project. You need a site that's live, working, and bringing in the right clients — delivered in weeks, not seasons.
